Combining adaptive technology with quality fixtures and fittings, we work closely with Adult Social Care Commissioning Teams at Local Authorities and Registered Providers of Social Housing to enable better outcomes for local people.

Our Schemes

Rosewood, Bolton
We successfully converted this existing apartment block to provide 15 adapted apartments for a mix of tenants with specialist and complex needs together with a communal lounge and care office for care providers to carry out their support and help.
The Rosewood, Dunwoody Way, Crewe
Recently completed the scheme comprises 11 adaptive apartments with an onsite office where our care partners can provide day to daycare for a variety of tenants.
Completed October 2020.
Earlsway, Macclesfield
Having received full planning consent, work has commence on converting and extended an existing building into provide 10 quality adaptive apartments over two storeys.
The scheme is due to be complete in April 2021.
Ivy Lane, Macclesfield
Working with the Local Authority, designs are underway for the conversion and extension of this existing building to provide 8 bespoke apartments.
The scheme is on target to be completed in June 2021
